To be put on a litter list you must have a phone interview before your deposit is accepted. We have found that this process helps us determine which litter is a good fit for you. We are not about pushing puppies into homes and we believe that the right dog is a blessing. Alternately we believe that the wrong dog in the wrong home can be a real frustration for dog and human alike.

2024 Puppy prices

$2,300 Plus Iowa sales tax of 7% for pet puppies sold with a strict spay/neuter contract.

$5000 for Breeding Dogs.  

 

Payments can be made by cash, check, paypal or through the secure site Gooddog. Price is subject to adjustment at breeders discretion. 

 

If the Puppies are unborn and you want to reserve you spot on the litter list you will need to send a $100 non-refundable processing deposit.

If you are starting the purchase process after the litter is born you will be required to put down the amount due at the time according to a deposit process.

Once born you will have 48 hours from being notified to submit the next $400 deposit that keeps you on that list. Without this deposit you will be bumped from the list. 

 

$500 additional deposit due when you choose your pup at about 6 weeks old.

If at puppy picking time there is not a pup available you want, you may transfer your deposit to the next future litter. After picking a puppy the $1,000 that has been put down is non-refundable. I cannot guarantee you will get the size or sex you want, especially if there are a lot of people in front of you on the list. 

Balance due in cash at pickup, check two weeks before pickup, or by Paypal 3 business days before pickup.

 

Puppies get picked up at 8 weeks, if you do not get your puppy then, there will be an extra charge of $125 per week. Puppies can also stay longer with the breeder for training. Extra training is a weekly rate of $250 which includes board. Due to our schedule we are not always able to keep them past the 8 weeks, so please reach out to me beforehand if you have an issue with pickup time.

Violet View reserves the right to refuse the sale of a puppy. 

These puppies are sold as pets and will come with a strict spay/neuter contract. Legal action will be incurred if proper spay/neuter paperwork is not submitted by 1 year of age.  If you are looking to add to your breeding stock, I am open to discussing it, but I reserve the right to pick and choose who I sell to.
